Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, including their original packaging.
Some goods cannot be returned, including perishable items like food and flowers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Books showing visible use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will refund the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

- You’re responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
- The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
